Mind is like sky
where thoughts come & go like clouds.
In heavy storm,
like sky gets covered with clouds
so does mind gets covered with thoughts in crisis.
But when the storm pass away
what is left is a clear shining sky
so does when thoughts calm
what is left is a clear shining 'self'.
So the next time such storm of thoughts arise
Just breath...
And once the storm is over, we won’t remember

survive. We won’t even be sure, whether the storm
is really over. But one thing is certain. When we
come out of the storm, we won’t be the same
person who walked in. We would have gained a
lot of strength. That’s what storms are all about.
